Our garden now with railway sleepers, really pleased

Hi all

I will upload some more pics soon, but heres a few to show our results so far.

Thank you to who advised we sink the sleepers flat and level with the soil and grass, mowing has been much easier for my bf image

lovely, and without being too sexist, well done to your bf.

Did they tear it out with talons of steel
And give you a shot, so that you wouldn't feel?
And washed it away as if it wasn't real?

That looks so neat!  Good job!  And great idea!  My plan is to build a raised bed veggie plot with sleepers and I was wondering about a mowing edge.  Great idea to sink a sleeper!  And there's some parts of my garden where gravel meets grass or border.  Sleepers would do the trick.  Thanks for the tip!

Where did you get your sleepers from Missymr ?

  • That looks so smart with the sleepers. I am also very envious of your lawn!
