My neighbour has planted a staghorn very close to the border and has cut which has produced suckers which has come over onto my drive and broken its way through I have about twenty of them. I have been trying to kill them but more keep popping up. I have all my services (water, gas and electric) right where the roots are coming up. How do I stand on the damage her tree has done to my drive. Davina

If the tree has caused damage you need proper legal advice which none of us (as far as I'm aware) are qualified to give.

Check your household insurance - that may give you cover for legal advice in cases like this.

    Good luck. image
