Top Soil

We are trying to cost up a building plot currently it's a car park, so I know I will need ropy soil but that's about aaffair as I have got.  

 

Does anyone have any experience of this?  

Can anyone recommend a good place to buy top soil (or any where that migh give it away) 

 

is hit here anything else I need to think about before the top soil?

    Thanks Chrissie mainly I want to plant flowers and a few shrubs.  We would also have some garages to knock down!  I don't think that the site has been build on in the past but I will do some research I hadn't thought of that.   The site backs onto playing fields.

     

    I will google some of the big suppliers
