Shrub Id. Please

Could anyone Id. these 2 shrubs please?

Number 1 has just lost a few small white flowers, it has been grown in a wooden planter for some time, but will be  moved to new home in a couple of weeks as planter is falling apart.

My Wife says Number 2 bears little pink flowers that fade to white, eldest Son says he's never seen any flowers on it!,  it has spent a few years in an old sink and just been re-planted
