Camellias
in Plants
Would my Camellias benefit from pruning back the new growth now?
Probably due to all the rain this year I had an excellent show of blooms.
I'm thinking if I prune back the new growth it will put more energy back into next years blooms. Are my thoughts correct?
Thanks

not sure im 100% correct but my believe is that this years new growth will bear next years flowers, mine are in full flower now with lots of new growth as well, heres a check i just made, http://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?pid=327
