black spots

Hi can anyone help me last year i planted hedges in the garden but this year they seem to be getting covered in black edges on the leaves it looks like it has some sort of disease any ideas

    i think that they are <span class="ff0 fc0 fs18 fb fu ">Griselinia Littoralis not sure if they are known by another name.
