I have those too Panda I knew it was a Poppy but didn't know it was Welsh, I also have a some tangerine ones that look the same.....are they Welsh too?
Meconopsis cambrica. They do come in orange and red, naturally or not, I couldn't say. Avoid the red, they're not as nice as ordinary field poppies, Papaver rhoeas.
have these growing around our garage block, love them but despite throwing masses of seed around in my garden not one has sprouted. will try again this year and fingers crossed.....

They seed about a bit Panda
Mine have all self seeded, I've never sown them and they have always been around since we move in our house, very delicate and pretty

Thow them as soon as you get them tasker, don't keep them for spring
