StrongWeedkiller needed for Valarian and Buddlea bee friendly ?

This does not make sense, if you want to be bee friendly just pull it out by hand or chop it down?

    Sometimes buddleia and valerian grow out of walls, so it's very difficult to eradicate them by hand.
