That looks like Parthenocissus quinquefolia aka Virginia Creeper - turns red in the autumn. It's a vine so there's probably a hedge or a fence or even a wall underneatht that. Just trim the long tendrils back at this time of year, and if you want to give it a good haircut do it in the winter when the leaves have fallen.
