Winter jasmine

Alex81Alex81 Posts: 1

Hello,

Earlier this year, I cut my winter jasmine right back after it had finished flowering as it was looking a little untidy. I've left 5-6 stems of around two feet, as and fed it with fertilizer, but a couple of months or so later, nothing's happening.

I realise that it might not flower again next winter, but I was expecting it to produce some new shoots by now, and am getting a little worried - I guess I'm just after some reassurance that it's still alive (!)

Please can anyone tell me how long it may take before any signs of life appear?

Thanks in advance,

A

It is probably just recovering from the shock of a short back and sides. Once the weather warms up a bit, I would expect it to put on growth.
