Black Spot and Pear Rust

Hey gang,
Not surprising after a rather soggy winter, my small pear tree has rust and my roses have Black spot. Does anyone know of a treatment that can get rid of both. So far i have found a fungicide for Black spot but i don't think it can be used on food crop plants.
