Look like Ornithogalum of some description.....plenty of different types.  Could be longibracteum (sp?) also known as False Sea Onion or Pregnant Onion (the last name due to the tiny bulbils which grow from the parent bulb )

Bath Asparagus aka Ornithogalum pyrenaicum by the looks of it. It's Native and edible, not called Bath Asparagus for nothing.
