id the plants in my garden!
Here's a big one for you all!
Loads of plants/shrubs/trees to identify!
I'm new to gardening and I'm not all that good at matching illustrations/photos in books to the real thing!

2. This one has some amazing Tall stalky type flowers come August.
3. This one is covered in thorns and I believe had some sort of Orange berry during summer.

5. Amazing looking tree!
6. Have a couple of these, Some bigger than others biggest been is a small tree with berries.

8. I believe is a climber although this one has nothing to climb up bar a low fence!
9. Have loads of these large leafed low lying plants, They flowered over winter!
10. Large Grass.
11. My Favorite! Lovely looking flower!
12.Neighbours bush peeping through, Amazing bright flowers, Squirrels love it and there are Yellow fruits on them by august/September.

3 is a dog rose - the berries are the hips which follow the flowers.
4 is a Campion
6 is Hawthorn
7 is a Pieris
8 is Honeysuckle
9 is Bergenia
11 is an Iris
12 is Quince (Chaenomoles)
13 is Caltha ( Marsh Marigold)

12. Is a Quince! I was told last year but forgot!
I'm getting better, I guessed 5 and got 1 wrong.....not telling you which one though LOL
They are very quick on here Luke, far quicker than me as I am still learning too, which is why I just play a little guessing game of my own to see how many I get before looking at the answer
Do we know what type of Hydrangea no 1 is? I love the purple/green leaves
I do too Panda, I didn't get that one and had to go back and look as it isn't typically Hydrangea looking, very pretty though
10 looks like Carex pendula
13 looks smaller than caltha, I think it may be celendines
I agree with nut cutlet 10 is carex pendula and 13 is probably lesser celandine
