...and is this honestly a honeysuckle?

....just like the lilac thread: I bought what was described as an evergreen honeysuckle last spring and it was just a tiny sprig of leaves. I planted it in a pot and it grew very nicely and healthily - but it is so different from any honeysuckle I have ever had and I began to thing I'd been sold jasmine by mistake. I looked the other day and saw that it is covered in not quite blossom but cream coloured furry hairy blooms . It is not unattractive but so unusual and unexpected I haven't bonded with it yet. If it is a genuine honeysuckle do you think I could pot it into a large square planter with 6ft trellis at right angles? (it's lying empty in slightly shaded pard of garden and needs a plant to look after) If it is not a honeysuckle does anyone have any idea what it could be? I've googled honeysuckle images but either the leaves are too big or the flowers have hairy fronds but also petals.
