Cinnamon for Damping Off

Hi, I recently posted about damping off, I've followed all the advice I can find and I feel I'm starting to win the the battle, but I'm still using cinnamon just in case.

A few seedlings have come up, but not all. I'm now worried that the sprinkling of cinnamon is becoming it's own problem. Could cinnamon stop the seedlings from germinating?? Has anyone actually ever had any success with cinnamon reducing damping off? Have a just made my greenhouse smell nice and nothing else?
