Please help a novice gardener

Hi, I am a complete novice to gardening. I do try and do a bit but that is mostly mowing the lawn, 3 years ago when we had that severe winter it killed all my hedging except for one little fella which I have uploaded. The question is that is it possible to move this bush to another part of the garden. Many thanks in advance

of course ,if you dig it out with plenty of earth and do not damage the roots .Dig a hole deep enough to take it with a bit of compost and place bush in and fill in and tread earth down and water daily for a year so as it can take root. It looks healthy enough .
