Look what I found under alkanet.

Cleared a load of alkanet today and found these mystery plants.

 Any idea what these might be ?

    Ist one looks like a hardy geranium. 2nd one looks like a fern.

    1. might be Tellima grandiflora, the flower buds look right

    ooh interesting, thank you.  Just looking at what else I could sow there, red campion would be a dream.

    red campion is lovely, and white.

    Red campion is also a fast-spreading weed.  Take care!

    I was also wanting wild garlic, but after another post on here I'm too scared LOL

    If you don't let wild garlic seed and don't dig them up and spread them round the garden it will only spread in a clump. It's no worse than grape hyacinths

    I have wild garlic growing at the shady end of the garden, there is weed suppressing membrane and pea shingle there, so far, after 2 or 3 years they have not spread.
