dose anyone else have this problem of the buds just falling off, its quite cool outside at the moment

Do you want to know the answer to Pauline's query, posted in 2014, because you're curious ... or do you have a wisteria which is dropping its flower buds?
The answer to Pauline's query may not be the cause of buds dropping this year. It all depends on the weather, cultural conditions and other factors.
