What's wrong with my Dieffenbachia
It happens to one leaf at a time I am wondering if I am over watering. I let the compost dry out not completely just so the compost shrinks abit. Then a good soak I leave it to sit in water for 5 minutes then drain fully till dry again. This is how I water all my plant and never had a problem. I am wondering if the compost should be fair dry but not overly dry. Its like they are rotting. I feed they same amount as on all my plants and they are looking lush and green. It has a gravel bed for humidity. I could mist more. Any Ideas

When I worked a colleague had one on her desk - it never looked really healthy - she tried everything from benign neglect to lots of tlc. Nothing seemed to make it happy and eventually it turned up its toes.
There's info here http://plantcaretoday.com/how-to-care-for-a-diffenbachia-plant-growing-the-dumb-cane.html# but you've probably read it already.
