Hi, I saw this plant in a local wooded area.  I am in Denmark so it may only be a native here.  We are a few weeks behind the UK so it may well be late by UK standards.

Can you help me identify it, I think it is really pretty and would like to find some for a shaded area of my garden.  It is dotted among the wood anemones here.

    Thank you!  I shall keep my eyes peeled in the local GCs to see if they sell them.

    I agree with star gaze lily, it is also known as solid-rooted fumewort or bird in a bush.

    I think you can get them with yellow or blue flowers too

    There are lots of lovely corydalis species

    I want those blue ones, C. flexuosa but they always die on me, even when a friend gave me a really good clump
