Whitefly and aphid infestation

Hello,
yesterday I started to clear my greenhouse to find it is absolutely covered in whitefly and aphids. I was going to sow some seeds but now need to tackle this problem before I begin.
If I wash it all down with hot water and washing up liquid as well as my pots and tools, will this eradicate my aphid and whitefly infestation? I have never had this problem before so not sure how to proceed!

Ok thanks verdun. My greenhouse is a plastic one so it will have to be hot soapy water I suppose. Thanks for your help
