Hi
I started growing some Celeriac from seed last year and they grew ok through the season but come autumn they were no bigger than a golf ball.
I left some over winter in the ground and they still look really healthy plants and are throwing out more leaves.
My question is, can I leave these plants in the ground and carry on growing them this season, or will they become woody?
