Autumn Sown Sweet Pea's

Hello,

Over the past few days I have noticed that the Sweet Peas I sowed back in the Autumn are starting to turn yellowish from the bottom up.
I haven't changed anything and I am keeping up with watering so can anybody tell me why this may be? The middle upwards of the plants looks fine it just seems to be the lower half.

Thanks in advance!

  • They're still in the pots.
I cut down on watering them over the past 3 weeks incase they were being over watered. I have also checked that they were still okay in their current pots and don't need potting on yet.

  • I agree that could be the case. However the place they are meant to be going is still full of spring bedding so I can't plant them just yet. Maybe if I repot them into some fresh compost and larger pots they'l be okay for a few more weeks?

  • Well I have re-potted them into larger pots, hopefully that will do the trick nutil I have space outside to plant them!
