I have taken delivery of perrenial jumbo plugs.
rudbeckia,hollyhocks,lupis,grasses.
Can I put them out now??.or wait.
Instruction on leaflet not clear.

I always grow plugs on for a bit before planting out but others might do something different. For me the plants I plant out need to be a decent size with a good root system otherwise they get swamped.
Thank you,so are you saying I should re pot on,and leave in greenhouse?
They are only babies.

Hi Christopher2, No they are not in pots.
They are just as they where delivered.
David -as you seen so unsure of what to do-did you read the other discussion in the link?-just put them in pots and over-winter in the greenhouse-they are too small to plant out in he garden,

You do plant perennials in the autumn, but not plug plants until they have grown on a bit.
