grass and weeds under fence

My neighbours don't look after their garden and the grass and weeds are growing under my fence and making it difficult to keep on top of. The fence is 120ft long. Any ideas how I can make this easier to maintain? Thank

Make a barrier with plastic, old compost bags cut down would do. Dig them in about 8 inches deep should stop weed travel.
I have done this in a few places around the garden where i havent had time to finish weeding.
Go along the bottom of the fence with Glyphosate.
You could leave access at the back of your planting so you could do tha tany time without spraying your plants
