Citrus Bush

I have had my citrus plant for about 2 yrs and in the summer I have it outside against a south facing wall, which I beleive it enjoys, but in the winter I bring it into my unheated conservatory. It was doing fine until now and it now looks like a skeleton, all the leaves have fallen off. I have checked for vine weevil and there is none present, I haven't over watered it. I am at my wits end as to what is wrong with it.
