Good bagged compost?
Can anybody suggest companies that make good bagged compost?
I’ve tried lots of different makes; some that used to be OK (notably, Arthur Bower’s) have, over the last few years, been pretty bad (contained lumps of plastic, wood, and other debris). I’m also finding they’re not taking up water eaisily or are wet.
So: any suggestions?

I know one to avoid, and that's Er*n. I bought several bags on offer last year to fill my tubs; not only were the contents mouldy and full of large lumps of debris, they obviously hadn't been sterilised properly as said tubs were soon sprouting with Japanese knotweed, previously unheard of in my area. Good job I recognised it.
I usually find Westland ok.
Scary !
Any chance of posting a photo for early identification pls ?
I have just discovered small bright green balls which when squashed have a milky white centre, in my bag of compost. First noticed this in the pots in greenhouse and now realise it is in the bag of compost. Any ideas what this is?
