Bedding plants seedlings already!

I know this winter has been very mild but I really was surprised to see seedlings from last summer's bedding are growing well! Baby Nigella seedlings and Cerinthe seedlings are all over the borders.  We have had some frosts, but nothing too nasty - yet! If they survive will they bloom early?

Yes they will be early. the nigella should be fine, the cerinthes will if it's not too extreme. My cerinthes often seed before winter and some survive most years but there are losses
