Please help ID this plant!

Hi, I had these in the garden last year and were beautiful, i was hoping they would come back but think they have perished, any idea what they are please, very vivid purples and pinks

    what time of year and did you get any photos of the leaves



    In the sticks near Peterborough
  • they were in full flower in the summer, died back a bit late summer, leaves were long and thin if that helps

    Search for Senetti Blue Bicolour. It should be that.

    It's only an annual but they do flower for a long period if deadheaded regularly image

    They tend to arrive in Garden Centres Mid-March down here

    I had some of these in a south facing porch in our old house and they flowered right through a mild winter one year!!image

    Fairly certain it is a Senetti. They are Spring and early summer flowering, and not fully hardy.

    There are ashtrays of emulsion,
    for the fag ends of the aristocracy.

    I did overwinter one of these once, in a cool greenhouse, but truth to tell it was not really worth the effort.  It never flowered well again, and really I could have given the space to something else - but you have to try these things once in a while.
