Can anyone advise me, I am new to gardening, but we have a superb white gardenia growing in a wooden tub, it develops a brown spot right from bud to eventually engulfing the entire bloom, it is in a fairly sheltered spot with good sunshine. I have moved the position several times but every year the same thing happens, which is such a shame, the leaves remain a good colour and reasonably glossy. I am unaware of the name of the plant, but basicly it is very white, with brown spots. Thanks for any help you can give.
