Any ideas?

Good afternoon

I've just found this about to flower behind the sheds. Any ideas as to what it may be?

    Ooh lovely, it's a hellebore (Helleborus orientalis). Like a bit of shade, so probably quite happy behind the shed! Do you need to move it? Mine have transplanted quite happily.

    Lulu, you lucky lady ( didn't want to say dog). Wish I could find a hellebore behind my shed.

    Thanks everyone! Behind the sheds isn't quite as bad as it sounds as the back of the sheds and greenhouse face into the garden.
