ive recently had a scaffolding removed in my garden,and its killed my grass and its back down to bare soil,where its killed the grass the suns doesnt reach the area much,any advice or tips would be very greatfull,

I would either turf of pick up patch repair seed form your garden centre.
As the area has little to no sun, turf is probably an easier option.
