A couple of years ago I bought what was advertised as a minature wisteria that could be grown on a patio in a pot.
However, the plant has never bloomed and now (could be due to incorrect pruning!) it has no growth on the lower level at all. Should I just give it up as a bad lot or could I prune it hard back and see what happens?
