Hi Susan, I have ordered the free petunias that are on offer in Gardeners World Magazine, they are red white and blue and should look great in a hanging basket. You could try Busy Lizzies, Pansies or Lobelia. All will look lovely in baskets or beds. Ivy leaved Pelargoniums will look good tumbling over baskets.
