Acanthus dilemma

I would like to grow an acanthus but don't know the difference between mollis and spinosus.  Can anyone recommend one over the other?  I've only got a small garden so if one is considerably less sprawly than the other that might be good, or if one has nicer foliage and flowers.  Any thoughts?  Thanks.

    image  Both plants grow very large in a short time, we have grown both, to see the difference look at Google Images, it is the leaf that differs, it is a very attractive plant, but does need space!!

    Spinosus is very prickly.

    oh thanks both of you,  I'll maybe go for the less prickly in case I back onto it by mistake.  I'll make space for it because it looks so fab.
