My Runner/ Broad beans

Hi all, i need advice on what to do next with my Runner/ Broad bean seeds? I have grown them in root trainners and now potted them on in pots today, they are all about 3" to 4" high now, i know it is too early to put them in at the Allotment but, should i be feeding them ? never grown them before,Help!

    Runner beans can't be planted out until frost is passed, which is about the end of May. I usually sow mine  under glass at the beginning of May and plant out at the end. Unless you have a heated greenhouse,  your plants are destined for the compost heap.

     Broad beans can be planted out in any mild patch. Fleece them over for a bit of pretection if the weather turns colder.

     The compost you have in the root trainers should have enough nutrients in to manage until they get planted out.

    Runner beans can be sown as late as June for a good crop, so sadly you are half a year too early.
