Pink Viburnum Tinus
in Talkback
A neighbour of mine has a large one of these but the flowers and buds are much pinker than either of the ones I'm growing. Has anyone an idea of which variety that would be. The neighbour inherited it when they moved in so has no idea herself. I can't find much info anywhere and thought someone here may help me.

If it is flowering now then it could well be V. x bodnantense Dawn.
The is V. tinus Gwenllian which has pink buds and more pink in the flowers than straight V. tinus.
If it is Dawn it has a very strong honey like scent
I think it must be the Gwenllian as it's very pink. Many thanks everyone
Ask them for a cutting they take very easily, plants for free what could be better?
