Hmm posh labels there's an idea! I think I'll raid the garden centre again on Saturday morning and see if they've anything that would suit. Thanks KEF!
Star Gaze; we've resorted to a large cool pack system for his medications (you moisten it with water and the pack stays cold for 45 hours, to refresh you only have to re-moisten it and its ready to go in 30 minutes- much easier than having to cool gel packs overnight and ideal when you're out for the day / if the caravan fridge packs up). He's also got a solar panelled charging unit to sit in the back window of his car as because it doesn't get moved much it tends to flatten itself at the most inconvenient time! Both practical but not exactly fun
Alas he's not allowed anything sweet and if grandma would have you believe should be living off bread and water! I did think about a small box of chocolate but with all the trifles and other "treats" he allows himself to have "because its Christmas" his blood sugar will be through the roof.

Lovely gift Clari, I bet he'll love it and be very grateful. Is he allowed sweeties? They always appreciate sweeties
