Protecting bulbs from frost

Due to the balmy winter, a lot of my bulbs (tulips, daffs and crocuses) are already breaking well through the soil and the crocuses are starting to flower. Is there a cheap and easy way to protect these all when the later frosts and snow inevitably hit? I am in Leicester near the City Centre, so it never gets really really cold, but we do get some good frosts.
