Deadly Nightshade. The little green berries will turn black in time. Dig up and bin or burn it.

    Interesting fact about that plant.

All parts of the plant contain tropane alkaloids. The berries pose the greatest danger to children because they look attractive and have a somewhat sweet taste. The consumption of two to five berries by a human adult is probably lethal.

it's not deadly nightshade, it will be poisonous though. Don't eat it but don't panic. It's a common garden weed.

Deadly nightshade, Atropa belladonna is a much bigger plant and rather beautiful. It would be quite garden-worthy if it wasn't so poisonous

Deadly nightshade is pretty rare and grows on chalk and people really shouldn't say plants are Deadly Nightshade unless they actually know the plant.

Woody nightshade is very common and I've never heard of anybody being poisoned by it though undoubtedly someone, somewhere has been.

I would get rid of it because it seeds prolifically and is a bl**dy pest!
