What's in a name? That which we call a rose...

Hello all.  I'm in the midst of starting up my own garden design practice and I hope you don't mind if I pick your green brains for opinions/suggestions.  The practice will be general garden design with a view to specialising in food production over time (but not necessarily becoming the main focus).  What do you think of either of the following?

Sanctuary Gardens

Thank you in advance for any feedback you give.

Hi MMouse - Cultivate would appeal to me more. Sanctuary Gardens brings to mind a health spaimage
We did not inherit the earth from our grandparents.  We’re borrowing it from our children.

Cultivate sounds better to me to image  When I read Santuary Gardens, I thought of Santuary Spa straight off.

  • Thanks for your input chicky & MsBeehaven, I tend to agree about the Sanctuary reference – it's just a word that always seems to come up in the client brief.

Anyhoo, as it seems to resonate with most people I've asked, I've decided to go with Cultivate, so thank you & watch this space!
