double begonias

can anyone tell me why my double begonias in my hanging baskets  started off great even people commented them but now leaves are turning brown and dry but thet have been watered every day and also the stems look milky and not good

    They have just come to their end, you can dry out the tubers  and replant next year. Start them

     off in a seed tray or similar in soil, when they start to shoot, pot them up and off they go again. I have had some of mine for a good many years.
