identification-please---bugs

Hi all, 

Ive got there bugs over my raspberry are they good or bad,  if the later how do I get rid of them?

Looks like  Sloe Bugs to me, members of the shield bug family.  My book states they feed on 'Sloes and other berries' so could be a problem on raspberries
