I have a petrol hedge trimmer going for free all you need is to collect it

I was cutting my hedge with it and placed it down on the ground when it cut out.

This hedge trimmer has always been hard to start and when it cut out I decided to buy a new one so for any one that fancies a hedge trimmer for FREE you are welcome to it.

Maybe a free plant or two in exchange would be nice but not necessary a couple of Hosta would be nice

    I'm going to put this on ebay or the tip if no one wants it I'm willing to drive say 30 miles in one direction if this helps anyone J19 of the M1 and J1 of the M6

    Why don't you put it onthe free recycling group in your area - I often give away pots and plants on my local one and have picked up paving slabs and a water butt too.I have posted the link below image

    Have a look at the fuel filter before you get rid of it. It is probably a small porous stone type on the end of the supply pipe inside the fuel tank. It will likely be blocked with gum from the fuel. These are very cheap to buy and easy to fit.

    Wish I was closer, in desperate need of one, and I could supply you with as many hostas as you could wish!  Could you courier it?  I could courier plants, too.

    P.S, as Daintiness says, freecycle is great.  I have got rid of loads of the kids stuff on there, and picked up tons, too, for garden and house.  Even got a whole solid wood kitchen for last house, including a working dishwasher. Was 25 yrs old, but far better quality and easier to fit than a new one.  Hate to see anything re-usable go to landfill, and that is how most people on there think.  A little more hassle than taking to tip, but givesa nice feeling when you can help someone else for a little more effort and know that you've done your teeny bit to help save the environment.  Every little helps!

    I've bought some Hosta now thank you but I must admit i’ve found myself and quite surprised at it to having a fondness for Dahlia but I don’t like the round flowers pompom type any colour but not to high if you have any that would be nice. these could be posted in the spring 

     but again not necessary as the trimmer is just collocting dust I only used it for one season It has a new spark plug if that helps it was bought from Homebase
