Hi I started cuttings from my mini rose bush last week in my home made green house.  I used rooting powder,  They have gone brown and look dead.  Where have i gone wrong.  I also done lavender and its doing fine.  sent green house image.

Rose cuttings don't need the humidity. When I have taken them I have put them in a free draining compost, with just a short bit sticking up. Then left them to get on with it in a GH, I have used rooting hormone.

You need to remove leaves and thorns.so it just looks like a stick
