aphid-eating-spiders

I have a problem with aphids in the greenhouse, especially on the aubergine plants.  I would spray them with a soapy solution, but several long-legged spiders with orange bodies have appeared in there, but I don't know what they are.  Will they eat the aphids, or are they going to eat the aubergine plants too?

No idea what they are, but they're far more likely to eat the aphids than the aubergines image

  • Sounds good to me.  Should I refrain from spraying with soapy water?  Don't want to give them indigestion.

I usually remove aphids between finger and thumb or with a soft brush -
