Patchouli oil uses?

I bought some Patchouli oil in error (intended to buy Peppermint). Are they any uses for it in the garden - repellent etc?
Thank you.

I quite like the smell. Maybe you could use it to attract females in the garden.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

Reminds me of the 60’s the boys used to rub it into their hair.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

I thought it was used to disguise the smell of cannabis back in the day. I don't grow any of that so we can rule that out as a use. 😊

I use it on my beard. It smells nice and keeps it looking good.

    Grow a beard. 👍🏼

I used to love perfumes with patchouli in them in the 60's, can't think of a gardening use though!

Thanks all. I think I might just ask the nice lady in the shop if I can exchange it then. 😁

Patchouli is a base oil or grounding oil used in aromatherapy to put into oil blends for massage.
I would have to research its uses in gardening. I am a bit rusty now.
