Pyracantha scab

I bulk purchased Pyracantha Organge Slow but at least half show leaf problems and the RHS website photo suggests they have Pyracantha Scab fungus. I am not sure if I should treat them or demand a refund. As they got delivered via a pallet not sure what to do.

I have found an image on
http://www.wlgf.org/moths_leaf_mining.html that is the same as the RHS and suggests a moth issue and when clicking the RHS web page the image above is not there

Much happier now that my plants do not have scab
I downloaded the image and used https://images.google.co.uk/ to find it on of http://www.wlgf.org/moths_leaf_mining.html i did try tineye.com which also allows image searches
