Infected peach tree

Hi All, 
my peach tree has curly leaves and did not fruit this year. I bought it as grown up tree three years back  and it fruits only twice 
most of the leaves are infected curled and black red shades. Please advise.

That sounds typical of Peach Leaf Curl disease.

Yes you do need to act,  we had a tree in a large pot and it eventually died as I  couldn't get the leaf curl under control.
