I adore silver birch, had to get a photo of this beauty in the woods yesterday.

    That's a beauty. I love the silver patches contrasting with the gnarly bark.

    Yes it's very striking isn't it? Lots of beautiful birch and beech, but I was after bits of oak bark, lol!
